Fees and Funded Hours (26/27)
Option A Full Day Fully integrated service
We spread the funding over 50 weeks, ensuring fees are annualised over 12 months. No discounts are given for non-attendance due to illness or holidays.
Parents in receipt of Universal Funding 15 hours
We spread the funded hours over 50 weeks which equates to 11.4 hours per week.
Day 1: 10 funded hours Day 2: 1.4 funded hours
Parents in receipt of Extended Funding 30 hours

We spread the funded hours over 50 weeks which equates to 22.8 hours per week.
Days 1 & 2: 10 funded hours each day. Day 3: 2.8 funded hours

Option C Basic Provision Funded Hours only Term Time. No charge
15 hours or 30 hours per week over 38 weeks
Session hours: will fall between 12:30pm -6:30pm
We reserve the right to change the times of the sessions to suit our business model when selecting Option C
The Department for Education’s guidance states that Early Years Funding covers 15 or 30 hours of high-quality childcare. It does not cover snacks, meals, non-food consumables, extra-curricular activities or trips.

Meals: Full Day: £7.00 & Half Day £5:00
We can offer our enhanced EYFS package including food if you select Option B
Our Fully Integrated Service Package
- Enriched delivery of the EYFS
- Learning walks to the park, library, shops etc.
- Access to specialist visitors such music and movement sessions, sports sessions.
- Celebrations and festivals, such as Easter, Christmas Ramadan, Eid, Father’s Day and Mother’s Day events
- Christmas party with visit and gift from Father Christmas
- Small group time events such as cooking, planting, or extra-curricular activities.
- Enhanced Ratios of staff
- Guaranteed booking of agreed days until school
- Detailed electronic diary, observations, wow moments, photographs. Instant messaging service
- Parent evenings
- Graduation ceremony and gift
- Meals and snacks
- Medicine administration
- Wipes and Sunscreen
- Above and beyond staff training, such as Autism, Early Talk Boost, Building Babies’ Brains & Sensory Regulation
- Forest school (older toddlers and pre-school only)
The nursery is open Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 6:30pm all year round except bank holidays and the 5 non-bank holiday days between Christmas and new year.
Opt-out
Should parents decide to ‘opt out’ from our fully integrated service, we cannot offer a ‘mix and match option’. Also, due to administrative and practical reasons, we are unable to offer any of the elements on an ‘ad hoc’ basis. Details explaining how parents can provide their own food for funded hours are set out in the Parent’s packed lunch guidelines. Parents would need to provide their own non-consumables and children would not participate in any of the additional activities or specialist teaching if parents ‘opt out’.
The fees shown above are effective as of 1 April 2026 are typically reviewed annually in accordance with our T&Cs.
We charge a non-refundable registration fee of £40 to reserve a place, and we take a deposit of up to £220.
