Parents say that what makes us so special is our genuine care and attention to the children and their families. Staffing is very important to us as such we are very meticulous as to who works here at Almond Bud Nursery.
Our Nursery is staffed by well-qualified and experienced Early Years professionals who work together as a team to develop high quality provision which meets children’s needs for combined care and education.
We have adequate members of staff including a cleaner, and a chef.
Our staff members hold appropriate early years qualifications and are qualified to at least Level 2.
The Nursery team is chosen for their ability to provide top quality care and dedication to each child. The nursery carries out their recruitment and selection process to a high standard. All staff undergo full background checks. Suitability checks include DBS checks, references, evidence of qualifications and experience.
